Backflow assemblies, unions, shut-off valves, and surrounding piping wear with age. We are not responsible for leaks or failures in existing components that occur during or after normal testing, repair, or installation work.

If your assembly fails its test, we clean and re-test it first. Any repair or replacement is quoted in writing and performed only with your approval; a 50% deposit on the estimate is due before a repair is scheduled. Re-testing after a repair we performed is included, and our workmanship is warranted for one year on the specific repair.

We stand behind the parts we supply and the workmanship we perform. If something we installed or repaired fails because of our work, we'll make it right.

Our office confirms every appointment by phone, text, or email — nothing is booked automatically online. Payment is due at time of scheduling, and repairs require a deposit prior to scheduling. Partnership accounts: contact our office for your account's terms.
