We want every customer to know exactly what we are — and aren't — responsible for when we work on your backflow assembly. These terms apply to all testing, repair, and installation work.
1. Existing conditions
Backflow assemblies, unions, shut-off valves, and surrounding piping wear with age. We are not responsible for leaks or failures in existing components that occur during or after normal testing, repair, or installation work.
2. Repairs on approval only
If your assembly fails its test, we clean and re-test it first. Any repair or replacement is quoted and performed only with your approval. Re-testing after a repair we performed is included.
3. Our work, guaranteed
We stand behind the parts we supply and the workmanship we perform. If something we installed or repaired fails because of our work, we'll make it right.
4. Scheduling & payment
Our office confirms every appointment by phone — nothing is booked automatically online. Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise arranged.
5. Pricing
Our annual backflow test is a flat $85 for assemblies 2" and under located within Tucson city limits. Flat fee for assemblies 2" and under located within Tucson city limits. Larger assemblies and properties outside Tucson are quoted by phone — call for an exact price. Add-on accessories (insulation bags, cages, cement bases) and any repair or installation work are quoted separately and confirmed with you before the work begins.
